Xauthority shouldn't be in ~

Description

Precise puts Xauthority in ~/.Xauthority, which means you can't launch any apps when AFS is sad.

Apparently there’s a lightdm.conf option for this:

[LightDM]
user-authority-in-system-dir=true

Appears to work:
