Remove all comments about the SysV spooling system, since we always use the BSD one. Changes to get along with catman better (the NAME section has to use no special formatting and include a \- after the name).

12This is the low-level \*(TS Appletalk communication filter for use by the
134.2BSD line printer spooling system through the printer description file
14/etc/printcap.  It uses the CAP libraries to communicate with printers
15connected to Appletalk networks.

18shell script.  This script uses argv[0] (the name it was invoked under)
19to determine which action to take, which may involve invoking a translation
20filter or management filter before invoking the communications filter.
