Description	A bunch of classes suggest linerva.mit.edu as a dialup. We should encourage them to use athena.dialup instead, and find out if there are reasons they recommend linerva over athena.dialup. Description	After clicking 'add' then changing the Entity dropdown to one of the pre-configured options, then 'cancel', and then 'add' again, the dropdown lists a specific entity, but doesn't re-lock the textfield and checkbox. This allows you to run "fs sa system:foosystem:anyuser rl" which obviously doesn't work.

Description	Machtype 10.2 didn't make it into production, so this needs to be rebuilt, and libathdir rebuilt for raring. To avoid version skew, I wil just rebuild libathdir for everything
