Ops would very much prefer it if zulu were not-Debian. Since we can't make it RHEL unless we want to port all of Debian (what could possibly go wrong?), an Ubuntu LTS is the next best choice, in this case, Lucid. Ops will give us a Lucid VM, but we'll need to move our build infrastructure over. We should take this opportunity to fix things and also ensure that the NOTES file is sufficient. |

Now that #848 is done, we should do the same with thirdparty. We may also want to consider making thirdparty a monolithic package, since the categories are not evenly balanced, and I disbelieve anyone says "Hrm, I want all -libraries mentioned in What Runs Where, I wonder if there's a metapackage for them?" |

athena-auto-upgrade shouldn't rely on our DHCP infrastructure and should instead pass the full network info, like stage1 does. This also requires the natty PXE installer to not scribble over pre-existing values. But it should still honor old auto-upgrade values |
