Description

We should package barnowl for Debathena. We should select the revision currently deployed in the locker (use barnowl -v to find out what that is).

I created a package, converting Sam's debian/ directory in the barnowl repository to use CDBS and making some fixes. It's installed on mega-man and zsr.

There are cleanups I want to make in the source package (fix svkversion more cleanly, send the clean-target fixes upstream, remove a couple of .old files), and I should give the version a -0debathena1 component. The package seems to work fine once installed, though -- try it.
