Description
CUPS should grow something like $LPROPT so that a user has a way to say "Apply -o sides=two-sided-long-edge to all print jobs I submit, regardless of the printer". There was some discussion about this with Michael Sweet (TODO: Link to thread) and I believe the outcome was "No".

So, uh, /etc/cups/lpoptions is a thing on OS X. Is that not what we want?
