Quantal build

• c-l-c fails to build (because gconf-2-config fails to install?); we strictly speaking don't care, but we should figure out why
• nmh fails to build (#1226)
• lprng fails to build (#1225)

This build is now complete into -staging, modulo lprng (whose change needs ACK'ing or rejecting, but works) and nmh (ditto). Once that's done, I'll move it into -dev, and testing can begin.

c-l-c does build. This is a recursive build-deps issue, because deps.mk doesn't reflect the install dependencies of build-dependencies.

I take back my previous comment. gen-build-deps is fine. However, we throw in the gconf2-config dependency at build time, because we have to conditionalize on old-gdm. I think I want to rip out all our conditional old-gdm code, and declare that Debathena no-longer supports old-gdm, and you need to either be running gdm >> 2.25 or gdm3 (because we want gconf2-config in both cases, IIRC).

OK, quantal PXE installs are now possible, and the most recent quantal build is in production. We still need to do a rebuild to remove the prerelease tag (and can then close this ticket), but debathena-standard at least works (or appears to). People should feel free to test other things.
