Consider a "content filter" for kiosk browsing

Obviously, most of the Real Software costs money and is Windows-only, but if there are any low-rent content filters for kiosk browsing, we may want to consider them. I'm not overly concerned about false positives, because anybody should be able to log in and browse whatever they want, modulo Institute Policies and RoU.
