Drop Cyrus configuration

Description
Cyrus is dying. We should pull the Cyrus config, and update things for Exchange appropriately (in particular, the INBOX prefix is no longer needed). This should not affect people with existing configs, and in the event someone on Cyrus wipes their config and needs a new one, they can do it by hand.
