AFS should support machine-local UNIX sockets

Description

Lots of programs want to open temporary sockets in your homedir to talk to themselves. It's probably not difficult it is to make AFS let you bind to a UNIX domain socket that only shows up on the local machine; these programs generally don't even expect other instances on other machines. If the patch turns out to be short and clean, we should send it to OpenAFS and encourage them to take it.
