network-manager-config should name the network "Auto MIT"

Description

For the sake of collapsing the config with a possible per-user config that you created via the NetworkManager panel icon, we should name our global config "Auto MIT", as opposed to "MIT" (which it is currently).

Relatedly, Anders has seen multiple networks named "Auto MIT-ET", so we should probably look closer at how this codepath works in NetworkManager.

I poked at this when testing out WPA2. I think we clearly should NOT name our config that, because that will conflict with what users might have created simply by clicking on the MIT network icon.

Also, uh, "what MIT network?"
