    1 We have one (and we rely on it when PXE is sad), but it currently lives in broder's Public, which is not really a canonical location.  We should provide both ISO and USB images and link them from the advanced-install page.   
     1gPXE is not what we want here, because it's often the PXE server that's sad or hosed.  I have a script that hacks together a USB-bootable stage-1 installer, and hotline has been using it for a while.  I'll clean it up and throw it in the release locker or something.
