Thunderbird autoconfig does the wrong thing with moira lists

Thuderbird autoconfig blindly takes the local part of the e-mail address and assumes it's the username. This is not an unreasonable assumption, but will break for people who use moira lists as aliases for their e-mail addresses. The official answer here is to make the .xml file a CGI script that does clever things, probably running on demeter.

This is very low priority, due to the small number of people who use Thunderbird on Athena and the subset of those who have aliases.
