Renamed the global "cellconfig" to "ak_cellconfig" to reduce conflicts. Added afs_realm_of_cell(). When using kaserver kdc, don't bother to repeatedly set to.sin_port.

Backgrounding "zwgc" might cause a race condition with the user's dotfiles if they are attempting something like "znol" at the beginning of their .startup.X. Solution: don't background the startup of zwgc.
