For SGI, support xdm and nanny stuff. Remove unused variable buf. Cast arg to XtAddEventHandler. SOLARIS -> SYSV in some ifdefs. Don't play with fontPath for SGI. Cast for XtAddCallback, XtAppNextEvent. Change SOLARIS ifdefs to POSIXWAIT for wait calls, and define POSIXWAIT appropriately. declare strdup only for non-SYSV. Use the XSync hack on SGI.

Many ifdefs changed from SOLARIS to SYSV. use utime for SYSV. Use filenames as defined in utmpx.h if available. Changes for supporting SGI xdm's external login UI. ifdefed out the /bin/csh -> /bin/athena/tcsh shell change. Beefed up tty name handling a bit. Don't set[ug]id for SGI. (xdm will do it.) No secure tty support for sgi right now. Don't edit groups file on sgi yet. (bug) Pass XAUTHORITY through the env for SGI. Don't add to utmp for SGI; nanny does it. Check for NULL tty on syslog. Don't muck with tty on SGI; nanny again. Changed "etc/shadow" to "/etc/shadow". For SGI, remove things that talk to dm; add things talking to nanny. Setup remote homedir stuff for SGI. define myttyslot only for ultrix. Lots of work on utmp handling.

For installman, use the .rule files to decide if to execute install.man in the subdir. Previously, if a .build file existed, install.man would not be run unless the .build file did it. Now, unless the .build file says to skip it, it will be done.
