The sources are pretty highly fascist (probably too fascist to put in the source tree), they come from IRIX 5.2, and to top it all off, this snmpd doesn't appear to work (the cview numbers for SGIs are notoriously inaccurate). But it's what we had in the 8.0 release, so stuff the binary here.
