So instead of running the infoagents add-mathml-fonts script, which adds the old fonts to the X server's font path, we now set the FONTCONFIG_FILE variable to point at a fonts.conf file in infoagents, which adds the TrueType fonts' directories to fontconfig's configuration, and then includes the system fonts.conf.

- Add a renew feature, allowing users to renew their Kerberos credentials when they supply their Kerberos password to unlock the screen. This changes passwd-kerberos.c to use krb5 accordingly. The new "renew" preference determines whether the newly-acquired TGT is stored in the default cache; the default setting is "invalid", meaning we renew when the existing credentials are no longer valid. When renewing, we also get a krb4 TGT, and execute the shell command given by the new "renew_command" preference (set by default to do the standard Athena filesystem and Zephyr reauthentications).
