Add a workaround for http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=315563 which is causing login hangs. Basically, move the process reaper initialization to a point later in the startup process, so that the startup of processes like esd is not affected by it.

Apply the do_find_directory() fix from revision 1.1.1.2.4.1 (athena-9_3 branch), to handle the case where the "near item" is the home directory, and the home is a symlink to another device. This fixes nautilus' inability to move a file to the trash from the user's top-level home directory.

In gnome_vfs_volume_handles_trash(), return TRUE if the volume contains the home directory, to support use of the trash directory in an AFS home directory.

Remove the parsing of the start/stop argument, as the script will now be invoked as the start method for an SMF service.

Remove the temporary hack (added in the previous revision) which forced machines to install 9.3 instead of 9.4. Recognize 9.4 as a valid release. Use the nologging option when mounting the cache partition. Allow setuid/setgid bits from the cells we are installing from.
