For Firefox 2.0, update the maximum version supported, and bump our extension version number.

Explicitly include scripts needed by the overlay; these seem to be required in Firefox 2.0. Also, change the overlay ID setting to be more specific, and remove an extraneous ID setting for the Athena help label.

For Firefox 2.0, change the value of the homepage override URL to an empty string, so that we continue to bypass the override logic. Add a similar setting for the new startup.homepage_welcome_url preference (used the first time Firefox is run).

Run the hardware clock sync procedure on Sundays in March and November instead of April and October, in accordance with the new Daylight Savings Time rules for 2007.
