• checkout debian, merge master
• packaging changes and changelog update
• push [debian master tag]

for native:

• commit to master
• push

For single package:

athena-upstream-tarball -p <directory-name> (if non-native) dasource -u <directory-name> dapublish (publish source package to repo, sign and tag) dabuild all (builds any package for which there are source but no binary)
