debathena-dotfiles should not clean up sessions on upgrade

Description

dh_installinit adds code to the postinst to run /etc/init.d/debathena-dotfiles start. This seems like a terrible idea.

The --no-start option is your friend.

I'll note that we now call invoke-rc.d before update-rc.d. Which is probably fine, but worth noting.
