gnome-keyring is not updated when password changes

Filing this here so it's not forgotten. If you change your Athena password, your keyring no longer unlocks on login. For when the password changes while the user isn't on a cluster and gnome-keyring isn't running, probably the best thing to do here would be to convince it to give you a "It looks like your password changed. Enter your old/new password to reset your keyring" prompt. Zephyr suggests Apple does this for Keychain.

(This is particularly a nuisance because the svn client is dumb and apparently doesn't bother prompting for a password if you fail to unlock the keyring. Had to help a user with this just now.)
