dabuildsys should accept both package names and directory names

If possible, dabuildsys should consider accepting both package names and repository directory names. This could be as simple as checking for a repo directory name, and if not found, stripping off the leading "debathena-" and trying again. This is helpful, especially when some directory names _are_ the package names, and others aren't.
