MH gets the From line wrong in Trusty

Description
MH's "comp" is generating a "From:" line with the FQDN of
the host being used, rather than "mit.edu". For example:
From: Foo R User <foo@…>

Jon notes that this is fixed by setting "localname:mit.edu in /etc/nmh/mts.conf
