Changed title and description and downgraded priority to match the current state of things.

Also, an update with the relevant athinfo query is now in dev.

    1 When running in a way in which the user can't easily recover from errors and try again (during a PXE install, for example), the installer should create a log that ends up on the machine somewhere.  An athinfo "install.log" query would be quite useful for debugging. 
     1Currently the machinery in the PXE installer creates /var/log/athena-install.log.  It would be better if install-debathena.sh did this so we also have a log for non-cluster machines.
