Rewrite xcluster in python or something

Description

xcluster is currently written in C with xj (maybe? says geofft). There's an awesome header with the coordinates of MIT. Anyway, it should probably be rewritten (possibly with Google Maps) before #394, #575, and #576.

If we put any effort into xcluster at all, it should be to do something awesome with Google Maps. We should talk to CWIS, I mean WCS, I mean DCAD and figure out how to integrate it with whereis.mit.edu. Then "xcluster" should simply be something that launches Firefox.

So, I propose that our new xcluster be a browser pointing at:

 http://whereis.mit.edu/?q=athena%20cluster&zoom=16

That doesn't seem like a good replacement for xcluster unless we can get it to show cluster occupation levels and such, though.
