Installer bootstrapping stuff should be at least Maverick

Currently, we still use Jaunty for the initial basic bootstrapping in PXE. This fails on the Dell 790 due to a lack of support for network cards. We should upgrade to Maverick

Tangentially related, I'm going to ask network to change the pxe entry to specify a url parameter of:

Then we can manage current with symlinks. I have created the necessary symlinks such that current points to debathena-jaunty (which the installer was still using, even though it was actually installing lucid). Once the change is in place, I'll repoint current at lucid.

OK, the aforementioned change is in place. I've asked network to also create a "Debathena (Testing)" entry with a Natty kernel and initrd, with a url pointed at, so we can make sure it doesn't break anything.

Network says there's no more room in the PXE menu, so we don't get a testing entry. So we'll need to do some testing before we ask for a switch to the natty kernel.

OK, amb tells me this was originally not done because kexec -e would lock up hard on >= Lucid. This appears to be no longer the case. For maximum hilarity, kexec -e still locks up hard if run within a gnome-terminal in Natty, but if I switch to a VT and run it, it's fine. I'm going to test a bit more and then ask Network to drop in a natty kernel for stage 1, but keep the jaunty one somewhere for a bit in case the world explodes.

OK, tested. Mail sent to network asking them to swap in the natty kernel so we can support the 790s.
