Set enable-full-header command 'cause it's useful. Set addresses for bug and suggestion and support mail. Set url-viewer to htmlview, although it won't work quite right just yet. Set sendmail-path so we hand off mail the normal way instead of by local SMTP, which avoids setting the envelope sender to the from address. This might or might not change the behavior of 8-bit message bodies in a suboptimal way; will have to check on that.
