     3ffff-0000.mit.edu in the E19-741 server room is an automated installer testing server.  Every day it installs a VM from each of production, proposed, and testing.  It zephyrs its results to -c debathena.  logs are in /home/tester, and the logs will contain the path to the VM image for debugging.  You can mount the .img file (see mount-image.sh in root's homedir) as you would any QEMU disk image, and examine it.
