In thunderbird-config:
* Instead of dropping a file into /etc/thunderbird/pref, drop in a
symlink to a file in /usr/share. When thunderbird-config is
uninstalled and the broken symlink sticks around, Thunderbird ignores
it. (Trac: #405)
