Replace debathena-nmh with a hard dependency on debathena-nmh-config.
debathena-nmh-config is configuration for the upstream nmh package,
which is a better solution than keeping the 10-year-old snapshot from
debathena-nmh around. Among other things, the upstream package does
krb5.
This effectively reverts r24091.
