In thirdparty-communication: remove ytnef in preparation for Natty
It was removed from Ubuntu for Maverick with comment
"(From Debian) RoQA; security buggy; ...", so don't bother
keeping it for Lucid.
We are now left with an empty equivs package, which will presumably
go away when we consolidate thirdparty-foo into a real non-equivs package.
