Description
On a fresh install of vivid, I attempted to install debathena-standard, and failed on the configuring of debathena-apparmor-config when dpkg attempted to reload apparmor through systemd.
This was on a system that has chrony, but has never installed ntp. I tried installing and removing ntp (and reinstalling chrony), and the install still fails on the reload of apparmor profiles. Restarting the computer fixed the problem. It is not tested if simply restarting the computer without ever installing ntp will make apparmor work again.
It is not clear if this is simply a systemd-sysv compatibility bug, as apparmor is still loaded from a sysvinit script in vivid.
