Description

This is the second half of 693.

At some point, athinfod should support something like /etc/athinfo.defs.d/ where packages can drop their own queries in. This requires significant changes to athinfod, and updates to a lot of packages.

This could also involve flipping out and rewriting athinfod in Python or something, keeping in mind its current security mechanisms and sanity checks.
